Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate performing arts curriculum covering drama, dance, music, and theater
- Organize and direct student performances, recitals, and cultural showcases
- Integrate Indonesian cultural arts traditions into lesson plans and activities
- Assess student progress through performance evaluations and portfolio reviews
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate arts across other academic subjects
- Manage classroom resources and maintain a safe, inclusive creative space
- Prepare students for regional and national arts competitions
- Participate in professional development workshops and school events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in performing arts education
- Proficiency in at least two performing arts disciplines (e.g., dance, drama, music)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong English communication skills
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification
- Experience directing student performances or productions
- Understanding of Indonesia's national arts education framework
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities
