Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver interactive programming lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Guide students through practical coding projects using Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Assess student progress and provide personalized feedback for skill improvement
- Develop supplementary teaching materials including exercises and documentation
- Maintain student engagement through gamification and real-world application examples
- Collaborate with curriculum team to enhance course content and teaching methodologies
- Participate in periodic teacher training and technology workshops
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1+ years teaching experience in programming or technical education
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/JavaScript/Java preferred)
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Creative approach to curriculum design and student engagement
- Experience with educational technology platforms (LMS, coding tools)
- Passion for education and commitment to student development
- Available for weekend/evening teaching schedules
