As a Purchasing Cum Logistic Operations Assistant, you will act as the bridge between our vendors and internal teams. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing purchase orders, and assisting in the coordination of goods delivery. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in helping us minimize operational costs and maximize efficiency. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the daily management of inventory levels and stock placement in the warehouse.
  • Process and verify purchase orders (POs) accurately, ensuring all details align with vendor requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to resolve discrepancies, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of purchasing transactions and logistics reports.
  • Support the logistics team with loading and unloading activities, ensuring safety standards are met.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and labels as required.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or GCE 'O'/'N' levels in any field; secondary education with relevant experience is acceptable.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable personal transport is required as the role involves on-site warehouse duties.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and part-time shifts as needed.
