Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and personalized English language instruction to students of various ages and proficiency levels
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning objectives
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement
- Create a positive, motivating, and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance the learning experience
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress, challenges, and achievements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Excellent command of English language with native or near-native proficiency
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred, especially in online environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Creative and patient approach to teaching with a passion for student success
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
