Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Prepare and serve food items according to HOKBEN's quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, kitchen, and service stations
- Handle cash transactions and operate payment processing equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Good physical health and stamina for standing and walking during shifts
