Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Wingstop's quality standards and recipes
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service at order counters and during dine-in experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen, dining, and service areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash/transactions responsibly
- Stock inventory and manage product rotation to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Reliability and punctuality with flexible availability
