Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through order taking, food preparation, and timely delivery
- Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety and HACCP standards during all food handling processes
- Execute daily cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure restaurant hygiene
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently during peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and operational excellence
- Follow Operation Manual guidelines for consistent product quality and presentation
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to prevent shortages
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to complete company training programs
