Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to Wingstop's recipes and quality standards
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter and drive-thru
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Process customer orders accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving deliveries
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 20kg
- High school diploma or equivalent
