Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional table service including order taking, food/beverage presentation, and customer interaction
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to standardized recipes
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in dining areas and kitchen facilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams during peak hours
- Set up dining areas and ensure proper table arrangements
- Process payments accurately and operate POS systems
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
