- Warmly greet and assist customers, providing excellent service and product guidance.
- Actively engage with shoppers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Decathlon products.
- Ensure the retail area is well-maintained, tidy, and visually appealing, adhering to merchandising standards.
- Assist with product demonstration, stock replenishment, and inventory organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, promotions, and store services.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic store atmosphere, fostering customer loyalty.
- Adhere to all operational policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Kualifikasi
- A strong passion for sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a hospitality environment is an advantage, but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to working scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays (as required for the event).
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods and performing light lifting/moving of merchandise.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Must be able to wear and maintain the provided uniform for the duration of the shift.
