Please note that this position is a freelance/part-time role where staying within the designated hall area during operating hours is mandatory to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product recommendations and information.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure products are always available for purchase.
- Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and organized in line with visual merchandising standards.
- Support store promotional activities and sales campaigns to drive footfall.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, including strict adherence to no-smoking policies within the premises.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the sales floor comfortably.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to undergo training provided by the company.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be present within the designated hall area during operating hours.
