Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with showroom visitors to educate them on Tesla’s mission and product portfolio.
- Provide detailed demonstrations of vehicle features, software, and charging capabilities.
- Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
- Maintain showroom aesthetic standards and inventory displays.
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales and lead generation targets.
- Collect and document customer feedback to support business improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, local incentives, and competitor offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or consultative sales environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, to meet showroom traffic needs.
- Tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new software and product specifications.
