Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent; college students are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn retail systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Positive attitude and passion for fashion and retail trends
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
