Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound leads.
- Present product features and benefits effectively to drive sales conversions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product lines and service offerings.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with team members and managers during virtual team huddles.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and issue resolution.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School (Senior High School) Diploma or equivalent.
- No previous sales experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must have a working laptop or desktop computer and a stable, reliable internet connection.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Comfortable working in a part-time shifting schedule.
- Must be residing in or willing to work according to Pasig City, Metro Manila time zone.
