Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct online sales outreach and client acquisition activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely manner.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers to convert them into sales.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities.
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets set by management.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Web browsers).
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to undergo training provided by the company.
