- Actively engage with customers on the sales floor, providing product information and assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to achieve sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales area, including product display and stock replenishment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and labeling new stock.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and adhering to company policies.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services offered by NIK LAH SDN BHD.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role is an advantage, but not strictly required.
