Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate leads and close sales.
- Present and explain product offerings to potential clients, tailoring pitches to their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track communication, and update client information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve overall strategy.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and feedback to management.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions and independent study.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable using technology and digital communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, CRM).
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to commit to part-time weekly schedules.
