Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct financial needs analysis to identify client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present and explain financial products and services to prospective clients effectively.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and development programs provided by the agency.
- Maintain and build strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and activity records.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to enhance sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided.
- Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
- Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
- PC literate and comfortable with basic digital tools.
