Tanggung Jawab
- Contact potential customers using provided scripts and guidelines to generate interest in our products and services.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful transactions.
- Effectively manage your 2-hour daily schedule to maximize productivity and focus.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company CRM system.
- Participate in brief daily or weekly virtual team meetings to review performance and stay updated.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Provide valuable feedback to management on customer objections and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School Graduate; College level or a degree holder is a plus.
- Proven experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service is highly valued, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Excellent active listening, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a home office environment.
- Comfortable using technology, including basic CRM software, spreadsheets, and video conferencing tools.
- Must be a resident of the Philippines; preference for candidates within the Makati/Manila area for optional team events.
- Available to commit to a regular 2-hour shift daily, Monday to Friday (flexible within business hours).
- Must have access to a reliable computer/laptop, noise-canceling headset, and a high-speed internet connection.
