- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests with efficiency and a smile, adhering to presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions and manage petty cash drawers with accuracy.
- Interact positively with customers and assist in the care and comfort of our rescued dogs.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for providing excellent customer service and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing.
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Comfortable interacting with dogs (a plus!).
