- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and workstations.
- Assist with restaurant setup and closing procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests courteously.
- Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.

- Previous experience in a restaurant or service role is highly regarded.
