- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival to create a positive first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring a high standard of presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Assist with basic food preparation or drink garnishing as required by the team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional attitude.
- Perform opening and closing duties as per standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food and beverage, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic command of English for effective communication with guests and team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays as needed.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate is highly advantageous.
