Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival to create a positive first impression.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring a high standard of presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
  • Assist with basic food preparation or drink garnishing as required by the team.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional attitude.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as per standard operating procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in food and beverage, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic command of English for effective communication with guests and team members.
  • Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays as needed.
  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate is highly advantageous.
