Tanggung Jawab
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.
- Handle POS systems and process cash or cashless payments accurately.
- Prepare food and beverage orders according to McDonald's standard operating procedures.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area.
- Assist in restocking supplies and ensuring inventory is organized.
- Collaborate with the team to manage peak-hour crowds effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and food handling regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to commit to the Hari Raya period schedule (4:00 PM shift).
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be comfortable adhering to the dress code: Plain black top (no logo), black long pants, and black covered non-slip shoes.
- Must be well-groomed (all body tattoos must be covered as per company policy).
- Previous experience in F&B or retail is preferred but not mandatory—training will be provided.
