- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash management accurately.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Prepare food and beverage orders according to McDonald's quality standards.
- Assist in managing food inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional demeanor.
- Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety protocols strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to commit to the 5:00 PM shift schedule.
- Possess a cheerful, positive, and customer-centric attitude.
- High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to standardized operational procedures.
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
