In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. You will support the kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean workspace. Additionally, as a Service Crew member, you will engage directly with customers, taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring table service is efficient and pleasant. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, quick-thinking, and passionate about delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area at all times.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Restock ingredients, utensils, and supplies to keep the workflow uninterrupted.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash handling responsibly.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or hospitality setting is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the staff.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
