- Provide exceptional customer service through efficient order taking and friendly interactions
- Prepare and serve food items according to McDonald's quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and service stations
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions securely
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak overnight service periods
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
