- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and beverages while ensuring accuracy and guest safety.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment.
- Address guest queries and concerns with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain a clean and organized service station throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Ability to commit to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to adhere to strict uniform standards: plain white collared polo tee, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes.
- High energy levels with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
