Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
- Design and customize detailed tour itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, and local attractions.
- Process bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, and tour packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends and product offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Passion for travel and a desire to help others explore the world.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
