Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality tuition sessions for IGCSE and national curriculum students.
- Prepare and design engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and exam requirements.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and assignments to monitor student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate their progress to parents.
- Assist students in understanding complex concepts and improving their problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and disciplined learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and curriculum changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject specialization (Mathematics, Science, English, etc.).
- Previous experience teaching IGCSE or national syllabus is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain difficult concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
- Passion for teaching, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to the scheduled teaching hours.
