Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and effective teaching sessions for students in both small group settings (up to 12 students) and private one-on-one classes.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to individual student learning needs.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Regularly assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and exams to ensure they are meeting learning objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to foster academic growth and development.
- Collaborate with branch coordinators to ensure smooth daily operations and curriculum delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in the relevant subject area or Education.
- Strong command of the English language (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different teaching styles.
- Malaysian citizenship is mandatory for this position.
