Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and tailored lessons in Math or Science to primary and secondary students.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials that align with international school curriculums.
- Assess student progress through regular testing, quizzes, and constructive feedback sessions.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school administration regarding student performance and attendance.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably within international schools or with a strong track record in tutoring.
- Strong command of the English language with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed academically.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the schedule as required.
