- Explain complex insurance policies and benefits to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up on inquiries promptly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare sales reports and documentation with high attention to detail.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- No prior sales experience required – we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
