As a member of the Hill House staff, you will be the face of our restaurant. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience, from the initial greeting to the final farewell. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system or order pads.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining kitchen quality standards.
- Ensure dining areas are kept clean, organized, and properly set for guests.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns with a professional attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth shift operations.
Kualifikasi
- Open to newcomers/freshers; no prior experience required, though a background in hospitality is a plus.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- A friendly, proactive, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to follow sanitation and food safety protocols.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
