Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily food preparation including chopping, slicing, and ingredient portioning.
- Execute plating instructions accurately to maintain consistent visual appeal of cafe dishes.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during peak service hours.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dishwashing station.
- Perform pot washing and dishwashing duties as needed to ensure smooth service.
- Follow established food safety protocols and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely food delivery to customers.
- Assist in stock replenishment and basic inventory organization.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a kitchen or cafe environment is preferred, though beginners with a great attitude are welcome.
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and standard operating procedures.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from the Head Chef.
