Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients to identify their specific insurance needs and financial goals.
- Present and explain a wide range of insurance products and policy options using clear and persuasive language.
- Generate high-quality leads and manage a portfolio of prospective customers through digital marketing channels and outreach.
- Close sales and process applications accurately and timely to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and policy details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the remote team to meet monthly sales targets and achieve individual quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle to ensure client retention.
Kualifikasi
- Must be willing to work part-time on a remote basis (WFH).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Passion for insurance, financial planning, and helping clients achieve peace of mind.
