Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to introduce products and services.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
