- Explain policy terms, conditions, and benefits clearly to ensure client understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales data within the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure policy renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
