Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver structured technical training programs for workshop technicians on equipment operation and maintenance
- Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to enhance technicians' problem-solving abilities
- Develop and update training materials including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises
- Conduct skills assessments and identify training gaps for targeted development programs
- Facilitate safety compliance training and promote workplace hazard awareness
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback collection and performance metrics
- Collaborate with senior technicians to align training with operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical training or industrial instruction
- Strong demonstrable expertise in workshop equipment and maintenance procedures
- Certification in adult education or technical training (e.g., Train the Trainer)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Proven ability to create engaging learning materials and assessment tools
- Familiarity with Singapore's workplace safety regulations and standards
- Experience in mentoring or coaching technical personnel preferred
