SBS Transit is seeking a dedicated Part-time Workshop Trainer (UPWS) to join our dynamic team. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for workshop technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Mentor and coach technicians individually and in groups to improve technical proficiency and troubleshooting abilities.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training course materials and operational manuals.
- Assess the performance and progress of trainees through practical evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Ensure all training programs strictly adhere to SBS Transit safety protocols and quality standards.
- Facilitate on-the-job training (OJT) and knowledge-sharing sessions to bridge skill gaps.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and recommend curriculum improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Transport Operations, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a technical role within the public transport, manufacturing, or automotive industry.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours and adapt to a busy workshop environment.
- Valid class 3 or relevant driving license (if applicable to the workshop role).
