You will serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, identifying opportunities for collaboration and resolving challenges to maximize partner success.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, a results-driven mindset, and deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems. You'll develop tailored onboarding plans, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and revenue generation. This position requires proactive problem-solving and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle including onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Resolve operational challenges and coordinate cross-functional resources for partners
  • Develop and execute partner engagement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Facilitate regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partners
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align partner activities with company goals
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance partner experience

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 3+ years in partner/account management
  • Proven track record in managing B2B partnerships or channel relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM platforms and performance tracking
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with SaaS onboarding processes and operational support frameworks
  • Strategic mindset with ability to develop data-driven growth plans
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with cross-cultural communication skills
