Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with external partners to align service expectations and deliverables
- Act as primary point of contact for partner inquiries and concerns
- Monitor partner satisfaction through feedback collection and analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner-related issues
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships
- Implement strategies to enhance partner experience and engagement
- Prepare regular reports on partner performance and satisfaction metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or partnership coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous BPO or call center experience preferred
