As a Partner Forward Deployed Engineering Manager III, you'll leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership skills to drive complex engineering projects that push the boundaries of what's possible with AI and cloud technology. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and data scientists, to deliver scalable and impactful solutions that address real-world challenges.

- Lead and mentor teams of engineers in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions on Google Cloud
- Collaborate with strategic partners to integrate Google's AI portfolio into their cloud infrastructure
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with partner business objectives
- Drive innovation in AI applications, focusing on scalability, performance, and security
- Establish engineering best practices for AI development and deployment in cloud environments
- Represent Google's technical vision to partners and stakeholders
- Contribute to Google's thought leadership through technical presentations and publications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in management roles
- Proven expertise in AI/ML technologies, particularly Generative AI and large language models
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working with enterprise clients and strategic partners
