As a Partner Growth & Enablement Executive, you will serve as the bridge between Odoo and our partner ecosystem, ensuring our partners have the knowledge, resources, and support needed to succeed. Your expertise in product training will empower partners to effectively showcase and sell our solutions, creating a win-win scenario for all stakeholders.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for building strong business relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop enablement materials, track partner performance, and implement strategies that drive mutual growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and growth
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new business partners aligned with Odoo's strategic objectives
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training to partners, ensuring deep product knowledge
- Create and maintain enablement materials, including sales collateral, training modules, and documentation
- Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to drive mutual growth and success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner initiatives with company goals
- Organize partner events, workshops, and regular check-ins to maintain engagement
- Track and report on key partner metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise software solutions
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and enable partners effectively
- Experience developing enablement materials and training programs
- Strategic thinking with ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools
