Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
- Coordinate and organize joint promotional activities and events with partners to increase brand exposure.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback, training, and support to ensure targets are met.
- Resolve partner inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and analyze reports on partner sales, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align partnership strategies with company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnership management, sales, or account management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
