We are seeking a proactive and strategic Partner Solution Specialist to join our team in the Central Region. This role is pivotal in expanding our partner ecosystem and ensuring that our clients have access to the best HR technologies available.
As a Partner Solution Specialist, you will work closely with potential and existing partners to integrate their solutions with our platform. You will manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to ongoing collaboration, ensuring mutual success. Your responsibilities will include identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and coordinating integration projects. You will also provide support to internal teams, including sales and customer success, to help them understand the value of our partner solutions.
To excel in this role, you need a blend of business acumen and technical knowledge. You should be comfortable discussing APIs, cloud integration, and data exchange, while also being able to build strong relationships with external stakeholders. Your goal is to drive adoption of our partner solutions and contribute to business growth.

Kualifikasi

- Experience in the HR technology industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with API integrations and cloud solutions.
