As a Partner Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in co-creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to facilitate classroom instruction, support student development, and implement our unique mindfulness curriculum.

Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Implement mindfulness-based techniques and character-building activities during daily classroom sessions.
- Provide individualized academic and emotional support to students to ensure inclusive learning.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of teaching materials, classroom setups, and learning resources.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate behavioral and academic records, and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
- Support the management of a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment in line with school policies.
- Participate actively in school-wide professional development programs and staff meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Primary Education, or a related field (S1 Pendidikan).
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a primary education setting.
- Strong understanding of student-centered learning methodologies and classroom management.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Indonesian is required.
- Deep commitment to mindfulness-based pedagogy and holistic student development.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and passion for working with children.
