Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, mindfulness-infused lesson plans.
- Assist in managing classroom dynamics and maintaining a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
- Support individual student learning needs, providing targeted assistance to students who require extra attention.
- Incorporate mindfulness, self-regulation, and character-building exercises into daily classroom routines.
- Assess and monitor student progress, keeping accurate records and contributing to parent-teacher reports.
- Supervise students during out-of-class activities, including recess, lunch, and school field trips.
- Participate actively in school events, faculty meetings, and continuous professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education (PGSD), English, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching or assistant teaching experience in a primary school environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of child development stages and modern classroom management techniques.
- An open mind and a strong interest in mindfulness-based education and character-building practices.
- Patient, empathetic, highly collaborative, and adaptable to a progressive school culture.
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Jakarta Barat.
