As a Partnership Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with travel agencies, religious organizations, and community leaders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our market presence, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be key to our success in the competitive Hajj and Umrah travel industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities with travel agencies, religious organizations, and community leaders
- Develop and implement strategic partnership plans aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts that benefit both parties
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development or business development
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the travel industry, particularly Hajj and Umrah services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages
- Knowledge of the local market in Palembang and surrounding areas is a plus
