- Manage daily Direct Channel Banking (DCB) operations and ensure smooth functioning of sales channels
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and business clients
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize partnership strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives
- Implement and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of partnership programs
- Identify new partnership opportunities and develop proposals that align with company goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management or business development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of building relationships
- Familiarity with banking, financial services, or fintech industry is highly desirable
