In this role, you will be the bridge between our company and key industry stakeholders. You will lead the charge in identifying high-value opportunities for event sponsorships, brand collaborations, and regional projects. We are looking for a natural negotiator who can build long-term relationships that drive revenue and elevate our media presence in the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to secure high-value partnerships, event sponsorships, and brand collaborations.
- Identify and prospect potential corporate partners across various industries to support regional project goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and pitch presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Work closely with the marketing and production teams to tailor proposals that align with client objectives and event requirements.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.
- Track and report on partnership performance metrics, ensuring KPIs and revenue targets are consistently met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Partnership Management.
- Strong background in event management, media sales, or sponsorship acquisition is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to influence C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel regionally as required to represent the company at events and meetings.
